Scenario Workshop & Open Studio
Go Boston 2030 is a citywide mobility plan being led by the Boston Transportation Department to develop a bold vision for the future. The public process started by collecting 5,000 questions that led to a Vision Framework. 3,700 project and policy ideas were collected from the public in Fall 2015.
The 3-day scenario workshop will develop families of projects that we can share with the public as possible futures for our transportation system. We are bringing together planners, advocates, public agencies, and engineers to develop the scenarios and to discuss topics ranging from legislative opportunities to social justice to accessing job and education centers to embracing innovation.
Join the Go Boston 2030 team on Tuesday, March 29 between 5:30 and 7:30 to provide feedback on the families of projects. Discuss with the team and your neighbors if these families of projects and policies are the right combination to meet the needs of future Bostonians.
Let us know if we can expect to see you there by filling out the RSVP form below.
Over the three days, a variety of focused conversations with advocates and policy leaders will guide the Go Boston 2030 team. Members of the public can drop in any time to see the conversations in progress at the Roxbury Innovation Center (on the second floor of the Bolling Building) Monday, March 28 through Wednesday, March 30 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
